Class Types

Ordinary Classes

Friday Classes - Friday evenings at GM Dance Studios, Weston 7:30-8:30pm. These classes are fortnightly and will take place on the following dates - 5th and 19th March. There is a maximum number of three people per pole. Classes cost £10 each. Please Contact Us for more information or to book your place.

Tuesday Classes - Every Tuesday evening at GM Dance Studios, Weston 8:00 - 9:00pm. There is a maximum number of three people per pole. Classes cost £10 per person. Please Contact Us for more information or to book your place.

Taster Sessions

Taster Sessions are one off classess which allow you get a feel for pole dancing.
The sessions usually last 1 hour and cost £5 per person. There are no taster sessions planned at the moment, check back here for updates.

Venue

Tuesday and Friday Evening classes are held at GM Dance Studios, Weston-Super-Mare. (1a Churchill Road, Weston-super-Mare, BS23 3HD). For a map of the location Click Here

Booking

All classes must be booked in advance which can be done via email or telephone. Details of which can be found on the Contact Us page.

All classes except for taster sessions must be be paid for in advance. Taster sessions can be paid for at the start of the class.

Class Structure

All classes begin with a warm up consisting of some cardio work followed by stretches. We then move on to the pole and concentrate on learning pole spins, tricks and transition moves. Depending on the type of class and your preference there will be time to spend practising what you have learnt and the oportunity to perform a routine. We finish the class with cool down stretches.
