If you're unable to attend our beginners courses don't worry. Beginners are also very welcome to join our all ability classes, it doesn't matter if you've never tried pole before. In all ability classes you'll be taught to your ability working through the beginners syllabus before eventually moving on to the other levels when you're ready.

Pole Practice Sessions - We run occasional Practice sessions for you to come along and work on the moves that you have been learning in class.
Practice sessions are not suitable for complete beginners. If you have previous pole experience you are welcome to come along to our practice sessions.
Practice sessions are usually 2 hours long. You are welcome to stay for the whole session or just attend for part of it.
A group warm up will be held at the beginning and a group cool down at the end. If you miss these you must make sure you warm up and cool down properly by yourself.
Practice sessions are £3 for anyone on a current membership, 4 class block or beginners course and £5 for anyone else. This must be paid in cash on arrival.
Practice sessions are for you to work on moves that you have been learning in class. No instruction or spotting will be provided. Attendees are only permitted to practice moves within their ability level that they have been previously taught by a pole dance instructor.
Please see the booking system for dates and times of upcoming practice sessions.
Pole Taster Sessions - We run taster sessions two or three times per year. The sessions are designed for people who have never tried pole before to come along and try it out before signing up to a course or block of classes. When there are no taster sessions planned you are welcome to come along to an all ability class on pay as you go to try it out.
Taster sessions normally cost £3 per person. There is a maximum of 3 people per pole in taster sessions. If you come to the taster session and decide to sign up for the full beginners course then you will receive a £3 discount off the price of the course if you pay the course fee in cash at the end of the taster session (therefore making your taster session free).
Upcoming Taster Sessions:
None currently planned. You can attend an All Ability Pole Class on pay as you go if you want to try a single session before committing to a membership, course or block of classes.
